Course purchase
The Module 1 Starter Bundle is offered as a one-time payment with three access choices: 24 hours for $5 USD, 7 days for $10 USD, or 14 days for $15 USD. It is not a subscription and will not renew automatically.
24-hour refund window
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if your course access code has not been activated. To request one, email us with the name and email address used at checkout and the reason for the request.
How eligibility is determined
The course access system records the date and time when an access code is used for the first time. That first activation starts the access period purchased—24 hours, 7 days, or 14 days—and provides the objective record used to determine standard refund eligibility.
After activation
Once an access code has been activated, the purchase is generally non-refundable. We will still review duplicate or incorrect charges and verified technical problems that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, except where a refund is otherwise required by law.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to display the credit.
