Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number when voluntarily provided, purchase confirmation, course-access activity, device information needed to enforce the one-device rule, and messages you send to us.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
How information is used
We use learner information to confirm purchases, activate and manage course access, provide customer support, prevent unauthorized sharing, improve the learning experience, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell learner information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the course, process payments or comply with law. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or payment purposes.
